We offer different start times throughout the day to meet our clients' needs. You can opt for Morning, Afternoon or Evening classes (subject to availability at each location). We maintain a practical hands-on approach so we ensure there is a ratio of 1 CPR manikin for every 2 learners (class sizes 24 and under), making us the best first aid course providers in the industry!

CPR Course Options

Choose from a short 1.5hr course (with pre-course theory), or a full 3hr course which has no pre-course theory requirements. We also offer a 30 min EXPRESS course for those who train annually (assessment only).

First Aid Course Options

Choose from a short 3hr course (with pre-course theory), or a full 7hr course which has no pre-course theory requirements. We also offer a specialized Disability First Aid 4hr course. We also offer a 1hr EXPRESS course for those who train annually (assessment only).

HLTAID001/HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is commonly known as the CPR Update, or CPR Refresher. If you only need a CPR qualification, this is the one for you!

This course is usually completed annually after completing a HLTAID003/HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualification.

HLTAID003 /HLTAID011 Provide first aid is what you need if you are a workplace first aid officer. It includes CPR training and standard first aid treatments, including use of an AED. This is the most popular course that the majority of our clients complete who require a regular first aid qualification.

HLTAID004/HLTAID012 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting is best suited to people working in childcare or early education settings. This is the approved course by ACECQA.

Our Anaphylaxis course, 22300VIC Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis, is not exclusive to people working in the childcare industry, so we encourage all to complete this course as it may just save a life! You learn to use an auto-injector such as the EpiPen, as well as the signs and symptoms to look out for.

22556VIC Course in Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace gives detailed knowledge around asthma management, including management plans and what to do in the event of an asthma attack.
