The course is made up of a single 3.5-hour practical session. This means that classes that start at 8:00am end at 11:30am, and classes that start at 10:00am end at 1:30pm.

Xpress - Perform CPR (EXPRESS)
This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
This course is appropriate for people that are highly proficient in CPR, are time poor and can demonstrate competency to our trainer without instruction.
