CPR First Aid understands the needs of childcare centres and schools with respect to the need for accredited first aid training for child-in-care workers.

We provide the necessary training to meet the requirements of the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.  Our first aid and CPR classes include a ratio of one manikin per person, and half our manikins are either child or infant sized so child-in-care workers have every opportunity to practice on relevant body size substitutes.

A number of our clients have undertaken multiple courses in a single day of training when limited to a small number of professional development/staff training days.  These clients also enjoy our enthusiastic trainers that deliver the material in a fresh and vibrant manner.

  • - Apply First Aid HLTFA301C (commonly referred to as Senior or Level 2 first aid)
  • - Perform CPR HLTCPR201B (commonly referred to as a CPR Update, to be completed annually)
  • - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis 22099VIC (inlcudes use of the Epi-Pen and the Anapen)
  • - Course in Emergency Asthma Management 21886VIC
  • - Course in Automated External Defibrillation 21658VIC (use of a defibrillator, which includes CPR)

If you are a returning client you are more than welcome to request the same trainer for consistency.  Also, once your company has been trained by our staff we can offer our express courses as we know your staff don't have the time, but know the content to be able to gain competency in a shorter course program.
