Thankyou very much for a fun and enjoyable day....Jeff did make the day go very fast and was very informative and took the time to explain and answer any question's we may have had he also encouraged the group to work through any problems as that arised as a group. The staff in customer service very helpful over the telephone also giving directions and best place to park in the city, and also where helpful at giving prompts when it came to loging on to do the on-line test's...

I must admit I was a little skeptical because CPR First Aid courses are way less expensive than any other provider I could find. To my pleasant surprise working with this organisation has been a first class experience. Thank you so much for a great, trouble free and really enjoyable learning experience. I highly recommend to all and look forward to my refresher for CPR in 12 months time.

We make our prices affordable so that everyone can afford to complete these courses and gain the accreditation that is required for their employment.  We keep our overheads low i.e. we own the training venue, web bookings which saves administration time and can then pass on the savings to you, the participants.  This is how we can offer lower prices compared to competitors who are not Accredited Registered Training Organisations that provide first aid training throughout Australia.

A big thanks for the course yesterday. Michelle, our trainer, was really good. She was a clear communicator who spoke enthusiastically about the content and gave great examples that were relevant to our workplace. She managed to keep everyone’s attention which is no easy task!

I have just completed the online theory 10 modules. It was actually fun and I learned even more, it wasn't what I expected it was so easy and enjoyable to do.
I also really enjoyed the practical class with Jeff. I will be recommending this course to family and friends.

I attended David’s course on Thursday last week (CPR and First Aid) and was very impressed….it is my second day today as the official first aid person here in my building, and I had a situation which I was able to deal with because of the training I had last week! A colleague of mine was having an asthma attack and didn’t have her ventolin in her bag, where it always is. She was having real trouble breathing but was able to say that she needed some ventolin – I was able to find another staff member in a separate building who had their own pump and I was able to give it to her within 2 minutes of the asthma attack starting. We even used the rolled up paper, how David showed us to administer it, and I never would have known to do this otherwise. I really took a lot away from his course and will be recommending it to everyone I know.

 
I just wanted to say a big thank you, as if I hadn’t of attended the course last week I really would have had no idea on what I should have done to help my colleague. She was getting quite distressed and commented on how quickly and calmly she was treated, so a big thank you to David for giving me the skills to be able to help her J
