Our prices
We have kept our prices affordable to pass on the benefits to you the client. This is how:
1. We provide a FREE downloadable reference/workbook from our theory website, instead of placing an additional $22 added to your course price (you can purchase a bound reference book for $22 from venue if you choose)
2. We don't provide tea, instant coffee and biscuits which also saves you on your course cost, however there are cafes nearby where you can purchase a 'real' coffee for less than $5-
3. We do however offer free chilled water as a refreshment
4. You will also receive the same freebies as before: Emergency Thermal Blanket & CPR Faceshield Keyring (RRP $22) for Apply First Aid & CPR Refresher courses
5.Because we are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 21903) we do not have to pay up to $50 to other companies to issue qualifications on our behalf (this is how we pass on a big saving to you)
6. We also own our training venue so there are no overhead costs, such as lease of venue.
7. Also, by booking online you are saving admin processing time and therefore allow us to be more efficient and provide our clients with a better service.

YES, we are insured (public liability, indemnity and workcover insurance)
YES, our trainers are accredited, experienced with extensive knowledge of first aid and work in the health care industry (nurses, paramedics, army medics)
YES, we are Australian owned and operated
NO, we don't charge GST (as we are an RTO we are not required to charge GST on first aid courses- saving you 10%)
NO, we don't
provide tea or coffee (this saves you money and you have the option to buy a decent coffee if you choose)
NO, we don't accept cash on the day, we do accept cheque, money order and EFT payments if not paying by Credit Card (this provides safety to our staff and participants, and also adds credibility to us as a registered business)
